Terri Cecil, 1997 / Ms.Wheelchair America 1998

Terri's story is one of an incredible journey. In 1997, there was no Kentucky state organization to support a pageant and she became the "Independent Delegate," representin Kentucky in the Ms. Wheelchair America Pageant. Terri was chosen Ms. Wheelchair America during that 1998 National Pageant.

She says that it was a privilege to expand her horizons and to show the world what women in wheelchairs can accomplish. Terri was instrumental in forming the Ms. Wheelchair Kentucky organizatino. She now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. She works for a wheelchair manufacturer as their public relations person.
