On Sunday, November 8th, 2009 a panel of judges declared Tyandriau Irving
Ms. Wheelchair Kentucky, 2010. Tyandriau will travel about Kentucky and will
represent Kentucky in the national program in Long Beach, California in
July, 2010.
Tyandriau resides in Louisville with her mother and her 14 year old
daughter. In the last 12 years she has earned an associate degree in art
from Jefferson Community College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from
Spaulding University where she is currently working on her master's degree.
Her goals are to complete her degree by August, 2011 and to drive a car
again.
Tyandriau believes that life is a challenge and it can be a large "maze" and if you do not pay attention and follow the rules, you can find
yourself lost. She describes herself as blessed, an over-achiever, encouraging,
conqueror and charming.
The Judges also chose Cheryl Medley as the lst alternate. Cheryl was chosen
Ms. Congeniality by her fellow candidates.
